{"id":471,"date":"2024-01-22T21:22:08","date_gmt":"2024-01-22T21:22:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conadeh.hn\/?p=471"},"modified":"2024-01-22T21:27:12","modified_gmt":"2024-01-22T21:27:12","slug":"conadeh-acredita-a-sus-dos-representantes-ante-la-junta-nominadora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conadeh.hn\/?p=471","title":{"rendered":"CONADEH acredita a sus dos representantes ante la Junta Nominadora"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"471\" class=\"elementor elementor-471\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1bb740 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d1bb740\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19589d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19589d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Jueves 04 de agosto de 2022<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>CONADEH acredita a sus dos representantes ante la Junta Nominadora<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>COMUNICADO <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>EL CONADEH ACREDITA SUS REPRESENTANTES ANTE LA JUNTA NOMINADORA PARA LA PROPOSICI\u00d3N DE CANDIDATOS A MAGISTRADOS DE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA<\/strong><\/p><p>La Instituci\u00f3n del Comisionado Nacional de los Derechos Humanos, comunica a la comunidad nacional e internacional que, en cumplimiento del art\u00edculo 5 de la Ley Especial de Organizaci\u00f3n y Funcionamiento de la Junta Nominadora para la Proposici\u00f3n de Candidatos a Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y, en atenci\u00f3n a la convocatoria del Congreso Nacional para la acreditaci\u00f3n de los miembros que integrar\u00e1n la Junta Nominadora publicada a trav\u00e9s del Diario Oficial \u201cLa Gaceta\u201d, ha procedido a acreditar en legal y debida forma como <strong>REPRESENTANTE TITULAR<\/strong> del CONADEH ante dicha Junta, a la abogada <strong>BLANCA SARA\u00cd IZAGUIRRE LOZANO<\/strong>, en su condici\u00f3n de Titular de la instituci\u00f3n del CONADEH.<\/p><p>Asimismo, el CONADEH acredit\u00f3 al abogado <strong>ROLANDO ARTURO MILLA HERN\u00c1NDEZ<\/strong>, Delegado Nacional de la Queja de esta Instituci\u00f3n, en condici\u00f3n de <strong>REPRESENTANTE SUPLENTE<\/strong> del CONADEH ante la Junta Nominadora.<\/p><p>En este sentido, el CONADEH reitera su compromiso con el pueblo hondure\u00f1o de sujetarse a los principios elementales de legalidad, igualdad y no discriminaci\u00f3n, equidad de g\u00e9nero, publicidad, transparencia, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, independencia, objetividad, puntualidad, respeto a los plazos establecidos; y, \u00e9tica, responsabilidad y debida diligencia.
